In addition to our main meeting, we are running a short course focussing on core Oral Medicine knowledge relevant to clinicians from both dental and medical settings. We invite you to join us in Liverpool on Thursday 23rd April 2026 for a comprehensive update on Oral Medicine. This half-day course will include six expert-led presentations designed for anyone wanting an update on oral diseases, on the following topics: Oral Cancer and Dysplasia Dry Mouth and Oral Candidiasis Oral Lichen Planus Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis/Behçet’s Disease Burning Mouth Syndrome Orofacial Granulomatosis The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing you the option to register for online participation. Register for the Oral Medicine Essentials Course today This course will run alongside the joint scientific meeting of the British and Irish Society for Oral Medicine (BISOM), the British Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and the Scandinavian Fellowship of Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine (SFOPOM). Delegates registering for the full conference may choose to attend the Oral Medicine Essentials course as part of their programme.
