All doctors must provide evidence of satisfactory performance in 4 domains: Knowledge, skills performance Safety and quality Communication, partnership and teamwork Maintaining trust You must also make 2 declarations Have you been involved in any serious untoward incidents (for example: incident leading to harm to patient unexpected death, wrong site surgery), if you have you will be expected to write a reflective CBD and be clear about the date the CBD is recorded in ISCP Time out of training: any absence from training for longer than 14 days must be declared as this may affect the total training time for CCT.
