DESCRIPTION:This is the third Glasgow Oral Surgery Symposium.  This event will be delivered as a hybrid Conference\, welcoming face to face and online delegates\, with the programme offering up to 6 CPDA credits. This will be the third part of the benign clinico-pathological conference which will focus on the management of fibro osseous and giant cell lesions of the jaws. We have gathered 5 specialists nationwide who will present strategies on current management including diagnosis\, investigations\, surgical advances and minimising complications and recurrences.\n\nLectures will cover:\n\nRadiological interpretation including the use of advanced imaging such as CBCT/ CT/ MRIThe role of conservative and radical treatment optionsThe value of a pathologist's input in surgical decision making Management of Juvenile ossifying fibromaMedical management of giant cell lesionsWho should attend?\nManagement will involve various oral health care settings including primary\, secondary\, and tertiary care. This event will be of interest to:\n\nGeneral Dental PractitionersDental and Maxillofacial RadiologistsOral / OMF SurgeonsOral and Maxillofacial PathologistsWe are now inviting abstracts for this year's poster competition.  The top 2 will be selected to give a short oral presentation during the Conference and all other accepted abstracts will be displayed on a digital showcase throughout the event.\n\n
