About BAOMS

BAOMS is a registered charity, and a company limited by guarantee, not having share capital. The overall strategic direction of the charity is determined by the trustees, who are assisted and advised by the other officers and members of the Council of the Association.

Charitable Objectives

The objectives for which the charity is established are as follows:

(a) To promote the advancement of education, research and the development of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the British Isles.

(b) To encourage and assist postgraduate education, study and research in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

A number of sub-committees organise different areas of the Association's activities.
